1. 10 DAY PROMISE:
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase from Classic Headcovers, simply return the full set within 10 days from the date of receipt (along with proof of purchase) and we will refund the purchase price of your headcovers, less shipping costs. The postmark must be no more than 10 days after the date you receive the goods. PLEASE NOTE: There is a $25.00 processing fee for returned checks.
2. ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS:
All communications with Classic Headcovers may be printed and retained for your records, and shall be considered to be in "writing." We reserve the right but assume no obligation to provide communications in paper format. You consent to receive electronic communications until you contact Classic Headcovers and revoke your consent.
3. NO SPAM:
You agree not to use Classic Headcovers email addresses to send unsolicited email, post usenet or message board posting or other methods of mass messaging (spam) to gather referral bonuses. The use of spam has strict negative consequences, subjecting the spammer to state and federal penalties, and other applicable law.
4. NO HACKING:
Please do not attempt to hack, modify, or otherwise corrupt the security or functionality of this website.
5. PAYPAL ONLINE PAYMENT SERVICE:
Classic Headcovers is a registered Business Account Member of PayPal Services. PayPal is the agent for payment processing, therefore any customer payments to ClassicHeadcovers.com via PayPal will be subject to the agency relationship between Classic Headcovers and PayPal. PayPal Services is not a bank, however, credit card payments to Classic Headcovers through PayPal will be governed by the rights, duties, obligations and liabilities created under the User Agreement.
